We definitely cannot replace you in caring for your parents but we sure can be the best possible help to share your burden and help your parents navigate their elderly years in peace, while giving you the peace that you need to play your role as a hard working son and daughter that loves their parents. Our NRI medical services include personal care for those who need nursing assistance. Reach NRI Healthcare Assistance ensures your parents remain in good health by constantly monitoring their health performance.

Silver

– Telephonic Assistance open from IST 0700 hrs to 1900 hrs
– Medical records maintenance
– 3 appointments ( fixing and assistance with Transport plus concierge )
– One person visits the member on the day of the appointment in a car to pick them up from your residence and drop them back

Gold

– Round the clock Telephonic assistance
– Medical records maintenance
– 6 appointments ( fixing and assistance with Transport plus concierge services )
– This would include a person visiting the member on the day of the appointment in a car and picking them up from residence and dropping them back at residence
– Monthly visits to check on members wellbeing
– Subsequent report documentation and sharing via email to any key member ( son/ daughter ) living abroad

Platinum

– Under Medical care
– Medical records maintenance
– 12 appointments ( fixing and assistance with Transport plus concierge services )
– One person visits the member on the day of the appointment in a car and pick them up from residence and drop them back at residence
– Fortnightly visits to check on members wellbeing
– Subsequent report documentation and sharing via email to any key member ( son/ daughter ) living abroad
– One free comprehensive medical check-up (package only) in a year from a reputed Lab/ hospital (as specified in the list already).
– Any Extra tests or further follow up tests will be chargeable

Fee for Medical Services

SILVER :     USD 325 / INR 22500 Inclusive of GST

GOLD   :     USD 675 / INR  47200 Inclusive of GST

PLATINUM : USD 1015 / INR 70800 Inclusive of GST

For Doctor Appointments the following Terms & conditions will apply

1. A lead time of a minimum of 48 hours required for any appointments with the panel /listed hospitals
2. The service is currently being offered in Chennai and Coimbatore city only
3. For specific Doctor appointments (not listed in our website), customers may fix directly with the Doctor and advise us accordingly to arrange transport and facilitator 
4. Pick-up will be provided 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
5. Pick-up and drop services are offered only to people residing withing 30kms radius from Wallace garden, Nungambakkam in Chennai and 30Kms radius form Kamaraj Road, Race Course in Coimbatore at the moment. 
6. Each service is for a time period of a maximum of 5 hours. Additional hours after the 5 hours will be charged at Rs.1500 per hour (for the Transport and facilitator). This additional charge if any shall be collected directly from the customer.
7. Signature from the customer with date / time will be taken on the trip sheet at the time of pick-up and drop-back at their residence.
8. Reach will not be responsible for any cancellation /delays in appointments.
9. Reach will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to traffic congestions and any other reasons beyond its control.     
10. Fee once paid will not be refunded for any reasons. A refund of 50 percentage of the fees may be applicable in the unlikely/ unfortunate event of demise of the customer within 6 months from the time the fee is remitted.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore and Chennai (India).

For other services & appointments the following terms & conditions will apply

1. A fixed fee of Rs.1500 per service will be applicable as facilitation / handling fee. 
2. Separate estimate with price will be communicated by email to the customer with-in 48 hours and these charges may vary according to the type of the job / nature of the job required to be done.
3. The work will be allotted to our verified partners and a standard lead time of a minimum of 8 hours will be required for any service, Unless REACH agrees to offer the service before that time in special cases. 
4. Only upon payment of the charges in full the work will be carried out. 
5. Charges once paid are non- refundable 
6. REACH will only act as a facilitator / coordinator for fixing appointments and follow up with vendors. REACH will not be responsible for the quality / workmanship provided by the vendors.  
7. REACH would always work towards timely completion of the job from the vendors, however may not be responsible for any delays caused by the vendors or any external agencies. 
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore & Chennai (India).
